As I understand it:

Marketing tactics are specific tasks designed to execute on your strategy and accomplish your marketing goals.

Do we differ in our understanding?

If you want to get the best information; useful, practical and applicable, you need to learn to ask the right kind of questions. Avoid things like the best, or good, or all opinion based answers to non specific questions.

In the definition above, it is worded backwards, and if you begin to think; GOAL, STRATEGY, TACTICS it makes a more chronology of activity.

Any market tactics depend on the INTENT, the goal of what is to be achieved, so don't you agree, that is a good starting point? How can we help you reach your goal if you don't know what it is?

Now it may or may not take some time to hone in on what you really want to do, but if you come with an idea of what your future in this is, then you can expedite and speed up your success by asking the right kind of questions. And paying attention to a small % or answers, because this forum, like many others allows for signature files and all too often you get response, what I call drive by, or short one sentence answers, just so they can have their link exposed.

So, where would you like to be in August of 2025, that is about 15 months from now? How much money per month do you want/need to earn?

What ideas do your bring with as to your goals? What skills, experience, knowledge did you come here with...all that is important to how you shape your journey.

Take a quick look at this thread and go back a year or two, same questions, some Warriors are 3, 5 and even 7+ years down the road, and are still searching for the answer, because, they didn't take the time in the beginning to ANALYZE their goals and develop a plan of action based on their real wants and needs.

So from your goal, and say we arbitrarily use that 15 month time line, where would you like to be? How do you think today you might be able to achieve the goal? Knowing, of course, you will make adjustments as you go, but what is the end of 15 months look like and where will that take you in the future?

Good luck, and don't bogged down in the quicksand. Goal. Strategy. TACTICS.
