using Amazon SES or Azure SMTP for sending how to ensure that my emails not reach spam folder?

Hello everyone,

I'm interested in building my own email marketing app for personal use. However, I'm aware that if I use Amazon SES or Azure SMTP, there may be issues, and many emails could end up in the spam folder.

My question is, what can I do to ensure that my emails are well-verified and trusted by other mailboxes? This can involve programming, configuration, or any other relevant strategies. My internal app will be sending approximately 10,000 emails each day.
Is there any tutorial , guide or something i can read ?

Thank you

Yes, services like SendGrid include SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, providing comprehensive email verification and trust features by default.

Hard question. Imo using self hosted email server will always end up delivering pretty badly to inboxes. Do you know approx what is your open and click rate?

This doesn't always happen. Deliverability depends on several factors: engagement rate, the content, list quality, and time you spend to warm up the system.

If you know what you are doing you will achieve high deliverability even with self-hosted systems.

However, I do not recommend this for beginners or even intermediate-level mailers. It is an advanced level that requires professionals with tools and resources that help them succeed.

Authenticate your domain, maintain a clean sender reputation, and use dedicated IPs, to help ensure that your emails reach the inbox and avoid the spam folder.
While Amazon SES and Azure SMTP are popular choices for sending transactional and marketing emails, there are other SMTP services like iDealSMTP, SMTPget, SendGrid or Digitalaka. You can contact with idealsmtp and smtpget, they will help you to set up best SMTP server.
